What are the production and installation lead times?
Generally, the production lead time varies by ropeway type and project scale:
• Sky Ride / Aerial Gondola: normal production cycle approximately 30 days, installation approximately 15 days (subject to site conditions).
• Alpine Coaster / Rail Coaster: overall project duration approximately 6–8 months (including design, manufacturing, foundation construction, installation, and commissioning).
• Conventional Aerial Ropeway & Cable Car: production cycle typically 2–4 months, installation 1–2 months, depending on line length, terrain complexity, and foundation construction conditions.
Should force majeure events (e.g., environmental compliance delays) occur, the project timeline may be reasonably extended, and we will communicate and coordinate with the client in a timely manner.
What technical services do you provide?
We provide full-chain technical services for aerial ropeway and cable car systems, covering the entire project lifecycle:
• Pre-Project Consulting: preparation of passenger ropeway construction feasibility study reports, cost estimation and budgeting;
• Survey & Planning: on-site terrain survey, alignment planning, and scheme design;
• Manufacturing & Construction: equipment manufacturing, foundation civil works, steel structure construction;
• Installation & Commissioning: equipment installation, system commissioning, no-load and full-load trial runs;
• Acceptance & Handover: assistance with inspection by professional testing companies and provincial Special Equipment Inspection Institutes, issuance of inspection reports;
• Training Services: operator training, maintenance training;
• Operation & Maintenance Services: equipment maintenance assessment, operations and management consultancy, aging ropeway retrofit and upgrade, inspection and testing, and O&M services.
